Care and Safety

Cast iron becomes extremely hot. Use heat-resistant gloves and the included lid lifter, cook only in an appropriate outdoor area, and allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning or storage. Dry thoroughly and apply a light coat of cooking oil after use to help prevent rust.
